Terry Lynn brings her forward-facing dancehall diva vocals to It Was Written – Part 1, a free MP3 download album sponsored by Jamaican brewing company Red Stripe. The release, officially titled Red Stripe presents: It Was Written – Pt. 1 by Terry Lynn and Radioclit is being supported by a 6-city tour, also sponsored by Red Stripe to “celebrate the global influence of Jamaican music.”

About Terry Lynn
Terry Lynn first broke onto the electro dancehall scene with her aggressively hip Kingstonlogic 2.0 album. Inspired by her rough upbringing in Waterhouse, Jamaica, Lynn brings lyrical ferocity to dancehall-ready tracks such as Street Life. Defying the traditional vocalist-atop-riddims format that still dominates the Jamaican music scene, Terry Lynn collaborated exclusively with Swiss-Canadian DJ and producer Russell “Phred” to create Hergert Kingstonlogic 2.0. She often uses beats from Swiss producer Wildlife! and French DJ Olivier Giacomotto, creating original tracks that melt global culture into a fiery new sound that gives MIA a run for her money.
